If you are persecuted by being overweight and nothing helps, then it's very likely that you can be helped. Obesity sometimes shows itself in people who have been possessed by a ghost which loved to overeat when alive. Now being inside the body of a person it wants to satisfy its desire for food to the full. The person may long since have stopped wanting to eat but the ghost continues to force him or her to do it by thoughts of food, tastes, cooking, the delights of gluttony... Of course, obesity isn't always caused by possession, but possession can often be the cause.
