If you have suicidal thoughts, want to destroy or punish yourself, take your own life, if you are persecuted by auto-aggression, self-condemnation, self-injury, if you think that suicide, destruction, self-annihilation is a way out, then it's very likely that you can be helped. Suicidal thoughts most often appear in people who have been possessed by a ghost whose character is in conflict with their own. E.g. the ghost is a rascal while the possessed person is a spiritual person who avoids parties and alcohol. Then the ghost wants to free itself of the person with all its strength, but doesn't know how to do it. Although it got into the person's body it doesn't know how to get out of it. The only method that comes into its head is to persuade the person to commit suicide. It knows that when the person dies they will both leave the physical body, which will free the ghost from its enslavement. Suicidal thoughts are nearly always caused by possession.
