The moment we die
When we die, we see the whole of our life before us and all we have done in it, both the appropriate and inappropriate things. We see the main theme of our incarnation, the reason why we came to this world. This is usually one main theme, for instance how not to manipulate people, or how not to be manipulated, or how not to be jealous, or how to get rid of anger. Everyone has one main theme.
In a situation where we don't succeed in resolving this theme, we return the next time with the same theme and with an additional one. What sometimes happens is that there are two or three themes to resolve. That is why one person's life can be less burdensome than another's. The second person, by not resolving the main issue of his life, takes on the next and the next lesson to be finished. Of course, God never allows us to take on greater burdens than those we are capable of bearing.
