We are the creators I
It is we who are the creators of everything, not its recreators. We are not on Earth as a punishment, we are simply creating our lives every day. It is not God who creates our life for us. I is not God who punishes or rewards, it is not God who tells us - do this, do that. It is we who every day create our own life. Even if we were to behave like a cork on water and do nothing, that is: not think, not plan, behave like some inert creature, that would also be our choice, our creation and how we create decides what we will become that later. This applies equally to the present life and to future incarnations. For this life and future lives will be very similar.
People who have no will of their own are always asking others what they should wear, they want someone or other to advise them, they are susceptible to all sorts of rumours in this world. If they cannot get advice from the living, then they look for prompting from the world of ghosts, they become victims of their or inertia. And that is why when such a person dies he or she is at the mercy of the astral world, the world of ghosts. A strong person, one who knows what they want from life, who knows that from its beginning till its end they are the creator of their own life, will never succumb, either here while they're alive, to ghosts or, after death, to the astral world.
